You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and any invite links issued to you.

Partner program

The partner program lets approved roofing businesses sell turn-key and a-la-carte solar offerings fulfilled through our vetted provider network. Participation requires approval and is subject to a separate partner agreement. Pricing shown in the portal is provided for the applicable market and may change. Nothing on the public website constitutes a binding price quote.

The binding terms of the partner relationship, including scope, pricing, payment, warranties, and responsibilities, are set out in the partner agreement provided during onboarding. Those terms control in the event of any conflict with this page.

No warranty of content

The Services and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free. Marketing imagery is illustrative.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roof Solar Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Intellectual property

The Roof Solar Partners name, logo, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
